Other instruments (6E, ES) work's good.

Good morning, I believe NinjaTrader uses CL instead of QCL.

John,

Could you send me the ID that you are using to support@iqfeed.net? I wanted to make sure you are permissioned for that data to be sure that wasn't the issue, but I am not able to find the account with the data I have.

Ok, that is the actual underlying issue, you are just not permissioned for it. In order to get your delayed or real time Nymex data you just need to add that exchange to your account. You can do this by going to this url
https://my.telventdtn.com/storefront/login?ReturnUrl=%2fstorefront%2fcustomer%2fServiceSummary%3f
From there, login, and then I believe there is an add exchanges link that you can click that will walk you through the remainder of the process.
