How many symbols are you watching? Are you watching Level 2/Market depth as well? Are you watching regionals? Are you making history requests (or some other lookup requests)?

In your initial post you said "IqFeed 5 always crashed over same time after run" Do you mean that it always crashes after running for a specific amount of time? If so, how much time? Can you turn on Logging (no data, just requests/errors/admin/info) via the diagnostics app and send me a logfile (to developer support) after it crashes next time? You will need to copy off the logfile before restarting the feed.
