Are these indexes available for historical download?
I tried doing so but the data seems very fragmented.

Hello Craig, yes these should be available for historical requests. Where are you seeing fragmented data for these two symbols and are you looking at them as Tick, Minute, or Daily?

Hi Curtis,
Thanks for the prompt response.
I tried downloading the data in 1min & 1440min intervals.
In the case of SP-PRM2.Z (for example), I only get one bar on 2013/3/14 at the 1 minute interval.

Hello Craig,

I just checked both of our servers for the symbol, SP-PRM2.Z and the minute data goes back to June of 2006 (and there is plenty of minute data available on March 14). Would you please email us at with your user id? We would be glad to dig into this further to help find a solution.

Craig, I took a look at your requests from the server side and I didn't see anything that was out of the ordinary.

The only request I see in our logs for your account on symbol SP-PRM2.Z for 1min data resulted in ~1.2 million datapoints being returned. I made the same requests as you and got back the same number of datapoints.

Can you post an example of the data you are getting back?

Hi Steve,
I'll try and capture some raw data later today.
