DTNIQ Options Chains displays the options chains and, for each option, trading data (e.g., bid, ask, volume), the greeks and fair value. Is there an interface available to retrieve the greeks and fair value data that is displayed or the source code (C#) to compute this myself?

We do not provide greeks (other than Beta) via the IQFeed API. You will need to calculate them in your app.
