"I'm satisfied with IQFeed. It's the most reliable and fastest quote feed I have ever used. Although I'm a resident in China, it's still very fast!" - Comment from Xiaofei
"I ran your IQFeed DDE vs. my broker vs. a level II window for some slow-moving options. I would see the level II quote change, then your feed update instantaneously. My broker's DDE, however, would take as much as 30 seconds to update. I am not chasing milliseconds, but half a minute is unacceptable." - Comment from Rob
"I've never had DTN go out on me since switching. ******* would go down a couple times every month when I was using them." - Comment from Bryce in AL.
"Can I get another account from you? I am tired of ******* going down so often" - Comment from George
"I am enjoying the feed very much - so superior to the broker provided feed I was previously using." - Comment from George
"I noticed that ******* quotes locked up shortly after the interest rate announcement yesterday while yours stayed stable." - Comment from Ron in Utah
"IQFeed version 4 is a real screamer compared to anything else I have seen." - Comment from Tom
"This is an excellent value, the system is generous (allowing for 500 stocks) and stable (and really is tick-by-tick), and the support is fantastic." - Comment from Shirin via Email
"Thank you so much - awesome feed, awesome service!" - Comment from Greg via Email
"I have been using IQFeed now for a few years in MultiCharts and I have zero complaints. Very, very rare to have any data hiccups or anything at all go wrong." - Comment from Public Forum

Hello

Similar as to already reported CrudeOil future, historical data for copper (+HG) is missing.
Examples:HGF has data from 97-98, and again from 05 on.
Other contract months have only futures data starting from 2005.
Do you not provide data since 1996?

and the next: Gasoline Spot has only historical data from 2007 on.
I assumed that you have at least 15 years historical data.... since you write:
"Daily, Weekly and Monthly Historical data (15+ years of O,H,L,C,V,OI data) "

and the next one: Cocoa
Has only all futures contracts from 2007 on. Other years: Sometimes there are some contracts, sometimes not

and the next one: Gold (GC)
In general futures contacts are available from 1997 on. But sometimes contracts are missing, for example all 2000 contracts and a few 2004 contracts.

Our Market Data Services tells me that it has been in the process of repairing and restoring the historical data and, I hope you will understand, that this is a time-consuming process. Even so, thank you for pointing this out and we will continue to work at it.

Hello Mvvcorp,

The best I can say at this point is that we are still working at repairing the above issues and hope to have more resources available this week to complete the work. Thank you.

Hi
What I don't understand: What do you repair? Either you have historical data or not?

Hello Datatest,

The pit session historical data for copper (HG) has been corrected.
For cocoa, I need to ask, are you referring to @CC# (from the ICEFU)? or QCJ# (NYMEX)?
The natural gas data is currently being worked on and should be fairly close to completion.

The RBOB Gasoline market (RB#) began in late-2005 and we show the data back to there unless you are seeing something else?

As I mentioned early-on, it is a time-consuming process, but thank you for working with us to get this corrected.

The continuous contract for Cocoa (@CC#) has now been repaired and goes back to late-1995. The historical data for gold is now being worked on. Thanks again for your patience.

The individual gold contracts have been repaired in 2000 and 2004.
