Data for stock symbol APL is obviously bad.

I have used 'Repair Day by Right Clicking the bar but it does not maintain the repair on your end.

Is there a way to automate this process rather than thru this Forum or by calling in to Support?

Hi RH,

I'm sorry but I am not seeing problems on the IQ Charts. What time stamps are you having trouble with & what are the incorrect prices. I would like to research this so I can report it to our Market Integrity dept to get it corrected. Any details you can provide would be helpful.

I am a ProphetX user! Is this the wrong forum for me to report ProphetX data issues?

Data for Stock symbol APL for 9/19 needs to be corrected.

If I should not report these ProphetX issues here please tell me where.

Also please check the following symbols and dates:
NOVL 9/19
SCMR 9/19
ABH 9/29
ICE 9/19
IBRK 3/17

We can certainly address your issue regardless of where it is posted. If you could just let us know the product you are using that will help to steer us in the right direction. We have submitted this request to our data team and they will investigate and get the data corrected for us.

If there is a specific form, place or list of info you need to deal with this stuff quicker please let me know. I am certain I told you I was using ProphetX in my previous post. What more do you need to know?

I have spoken with the data department and they have received correct data and are putting it in place now.

This location is a fine place to have your concerns addressed, if you would like we are also available from 6-6 CST at 800-532-0136 as well.
